Shipping

We deliver within Germany and to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:
We do not charge shipping costs.

Deliveries to other EU countries:
Shipping via DHL Paket International:
Flat rate: €9.90 (applies to all EU countries)

Delivery Times

Unless another period is specified in the respective product description, delivery will take place:

  • Within Germany: in 2–4 working days

  • To other EU countries: in 2–8 working days

Delivery time starts from the conclusion of the contract (in case of advance payment, from the time we receive your payment instruction).
Please note: no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If your order includes items with different delivery times, we will ship everything together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
